Arrive in Ljubljana
We’ll kick things off in Ljubljana, Slovenia’s charming capital. After picking up your dream machine and getting comfy, we’ll explore the city’s old town and bond over a delicious dinner.
Ljubljana to Obertauern
Time to warm up the engines! We’ll cruise through Slovenia and soak in the beauty of Lake Bled with its iconic castle before tackling our first set of mountain passes, Turracher and Obertauern in Austria. Get ready for stunning views and epic climbs!
Obertauern to Brunico
Brace yourselves! We’re conquering the mighty Grossglockner, a legendary glacier ride with epic views. Then, we’ll hop over the unique Staller Pass, a narrow one-way adventure, before settling in for the night in the warmth of Kronplatz Ski Resort.
Brunico to Oetztal
Hold onto your handlebars! Today’s ride takes us through the breathtaking northern face of Dolomites. We’ll carve our way through narrow, winding roads and conquer iconic passes like Passo Giovo and the historic Timmelsjoch, known for its smuggling past. The night’s stay in Oetztal valley promises stunning scenery and a chance to unwind.
Oetztal to Livigno
Leaving Austria behind, we’ll head south towards our hidden gem – Livigno, a tax-free paradise in Italy. But first, Switzerland beckons! We’ll conquer scenic passes like Albula and Julier, enjoying wide, sweeping roads and breathtaking views. Before reaching our mountain haven, we’ll make a quick stop in the glamorous St. Moritz.
Exploration day in Livigno
Livigno offers a well-deserved break! Relax, explore the town, or take advantage of the duty-free shopping. Feeling restless? We won’t stop you from hitting some local trails for an extra adrenaline rush!
Livigno to Italian Dolomites
Get ready for the crown jewel of the trip – the infamous Stelvio Pass! This legendary climb, the second highest in the Alps, will test your skills and reward you with unparalleled views. Conquering it will be a story you’ll tell for years to come! And then, we’ll enter the fairytale landscape of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that will leave you speechless.
Italian Dolomites to Ljubljana
Prepare to be mesmerized! We’ll continue exploring the majestic Dolomites, carving through valleys and soaking in the unique beauty of this region. As we make our way back to Ljubljana, we’ll pass the posh town of Cortina d’Ampezzo, adding a touch of luxury to our adventure. A final farewell dinner awaits in Ljubljana to celebrate an unforgettable journey!
Depart from Ljubljana
With heavy hearts (and maybe sore muscles!), we say goodbye to Ljubljana. But trust us, the memories of this epic Alps adventure will last a lifetime!
