Arrive in Cape Town
Welcome to Cape Town, the Mother City of South Africa! Get ready to dive into the vibrant energy as we stroll along the iconic V&A Waterfront, savouring the sights, sounds, and flavours that make this place truly unforgettable. And guess what? We’re just getting started because tomorrow, we hit the road!
Cape Town to Cape Agulhas

Cape Agulhas to Knysna

Knysna to Oudtshoorn via Prince Alfred Pass
Get ready for an adrenaline-fuelled adventure! We’re taking a thrilling detour through the untamed beauty of the Prince Alfred Pass. We’ve got a secret gem waiting for you in the middle of nowhere: Angie’s G Spot, a cozy café where we’ll refuel our bellies and share stories. Then, it’s back on the road to Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital, where the awe-inspiring Cango Caves will leave you speechless.

Rest Day Oudtshoorn- Option ride to Cango Caves, Ostrich Farm, Swartberg Pass, Meiringspoort Pass, Meiringspoort Waterfall
Oudtshoorn to Albertinia
Hold on tight, because today we’re entering the realm of the wild! Route 62 leads us to the magnificent Garden Route Game Lodge, a private reserve teeming with incredible wildlife. Get ready for a guided Big 5 Safari that’ll bring you face-to-face with the untamed beauty of nature. Keep those cameras handy because you never know what majestic creatures you’ll encounter on this unforgettable adventure.
Albertinia to Montagu via Route 62
It’s time to soak in the enchanting landscapes as we continue our journey along Route 62. Rolling hills, vineyards, and orchards will be our backdrop as we make our way to the charming village of Montagu. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a postcard with its Victorian houses and soothing hot springs. It’s the perfect place to unwind and embrace the slow pace of life.
Montagu to Franschhoek
Wine lovers, rejoice! Today, we venture into the heart of wine country – Franschhoek, where the finest vineyards and delectable culinary experiences await. Sip on world-class wines, savour gourmet delights, and surrender to the enchantment of this French-inspired paradise. With a backdrop of majestic mountains, this day will be nothing short of a sensory extravaganza!
Franschhoek to Cape Town
Get ready for a grand finale like no other! Our final riding day takes us through scenic wonders, including the historic town of Stellenbosch and the coastal gem of Simon’s Town. Picture yourself cruising along stunning beaches, marvelling at Chapman’s Peak Drive, and relishing every second of this awe-inspiring marine journey. We return to Cape Town with heads teeming with stories that we will share over drinks, laughter, and a well-deserved toast.
Depart from Cape Town
It’s time to bid adieu, but what a journey it has been! As we say our farewells, guests returning home will head to Cape Town International Airport, while those extending their stay with add-on packages will be whisked away to continue their South African escapades.
